With Our Team
The foundation of Camp Keystone is the Camp Keystone staff, where every member is dedicated to the safety and happiness of each and every camper and the confidence and satisfaction of each and every parent. Our directors are teachers and childcare professionals, most on summer break from full-time teaching positions. They are supported by an energetic, creative group of counselors who are primarily college students with a passion for instruction and play. We screen and background check every staff member. All water activities are supervised by Red Cross-certified lifeguards and there is a first-aid specialist on staff to care for minor first-aid issues. We invest in every staff member with ongoing education, including pre-camp training and in-service instruction.
