The teen years are all about independence, confidence, and finding new challenges.
Here’s how CILT Camp helps campers ages 13–15 get the most out of summer.
CILT stands for Counselor-In-Leadership Training. Campers enjoy all the fun of Camp Keystone while taking on additional responsibilities, developing leadership skills, and preparing for future counselor opportunities.
Absolutely. CILT campers participate in many of Camp Keystone’s most popular activities including waterslides, archery, boating, sports, special events, and themed camp days.
Not at all. While many campers are interested in becoming future staff members, CILT Camp is a great fit for any teen looking to build confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills.
CILT campers spend their summer alongside other teens their age, creating strong friendships through shared adventures, activities, and memorable camp experiences.
CILT campers enjoy many of the same camp activities while receiving additional leadership opportunities, greater responsibility, and experiences designed specifically for teenagers.
Camp Keystone serves families throughout Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Studio City, Westlake Village, and surrounding communities with transportation options available.
The perfect summer camp experience for teenagers ages 13–15 near Thousand Oaks.
Leadership isn’t taught in a classroom here. Campers gain confidence and responsibility naturally through daily camp experiences, teamwork, and age-appropriate leadership opportunities.
CILT Camp is built exclusively for ages 13–15, allowing campers to connect with peers their own age while enjoying activities and challenges designed for teenagers.
From sports fields and trails to boating, waterslides, and outdoor activities, campers spend their summer exploring one of Southern California’s most exciting camp properties.
Many Keystone staff members were campers themselves. Our team is dedicated to helping teens grow, make friends, and create unforgettable summer memories.
Register for one session or multiple weeks. Sessions do not need to be consecutive, giving families flexibility throughout the summer.
Many campers continue through Keystone’s leadership pathway and return as future staff members, carrying valuable skills with them long after camp ends.
